UpperClass Executive Service, L.L.C. (UCES) is a Tulsa based commercial cleaning company. Our owner has been in the janitorial industry for over 12 years. He has worked with and managed numerous clients throughout the area from some of the largest facilities in Oklahoma down to smallest buildings.
